Deficiency Rectification

Hazards will still exist and incidents can still occur even with the most pro-active OHS management system. Where hazards are identified and incidents occur, it is important that they are reported and a suitable investigation is carried out. Action can then be taken to ensure that the hazard is removed or minimised.
