Senior Managers must demonstrate commitment to systematically managing OHS. Actively managing OHS responsibilities demonstrates this commitment and sends a signal to all employees, suppliers, visitors, contractors and customers that these responsibilities are treated seriously. Firm and visible leadership on OHS issues and consultation with employees is an integral part of building and sustaining commitment.
