Introduction

Welcome to the Style Assessment Profiles.

Profiles that measure a person's behavior in a particular set of circumstances or their situational style allow individuals to answer a series of paired statements, which ultimately plot their output scores onto a four-quadrant grid. This grid will show a dominant and a secondary preferred style in the particular situation, and give individuals an indication of what they are likely to encounter in terms of behavior when they face a specific set of circumstances. Learning Style

'Learning' can take place in almost any place at almost any time. However, the methodology or approach that is used (by both the giver and receiver of information) may vary considerably and may be successful to a greater or lesser extent depending upon the situation or the circumstances in which learning is expected to occur. These different approaches are described in terms of learning styles, and essentially reflects the ways in which individuals tend to process information so as to make use of it in the future. This instrument aims to help every 'learner' to understand a little bit more about what might be their own personal learning style, so that they can make adjustments as they see fit in any learning situation in which they may find themselves.
