Introduction

Welcome to the Style Assessment Profiles.

Profiles that measure a person's behavior in a particular set of circumstances or their situational style allow individuals to answer a series of paired statements, which ultimately plot their output scores onto a four-quadrant grid. This grid will show a dominant and a secondary preferred style in the particular situation, and give individuals an indication of what they are likely to encounter in terms of behavior when they face a specific set of circumstances. Influencing Style
This instrument looks at the style that individuals are likely to adopt when looking to influence others. Four summary styles are identified. These are the Visioner, the Orchestrator, the Regulator and the Harmoniser. Individuals are given scores on all four styles and their greatest style preference revealed.
