Introduction

Welcome to the Style Assessment Profiles.

Profiles that measure a person's behavior in a particular set of circumstances or their situational style allow individuals to answer a series of paired statements, which ultimately plot their output scores onto a four-quadrant grid. This grid will show a dominant and a secondary preferred style in the particular situation, and give individuals an indication of what they are likely to encounter in terms of behavior when they face a specific set of circumstances. Emotional Intelligence Style

Emotional Intelligence is a key factor in personal and professional intelligence, but how can we develop it completely if we have not measured it?

This instrument uses participant responses to specific situations, real and hypothetical, a long two scales: 'Degree of Structure,' and 'Motivation or Drive,' thus creating a four-quadrant grid to help describe the tendency to draw on one or more styles:
