Introduction

Welcome to the Style Assessment Profiles.

Profiles that measure a person's behavior in a particular set of circumstances or their situational style allow individuals to answer a series of paired statements, which ultimately plot their output scores onto a four-quadrant grid. This grid will show a dominant and a secondary preferred style in the particular situation, and give individuals an indication of what they are likely to encounter in terms of behavior when they face a specific set of circumstances. Delegation style profile
This short personal risk profile or questionnaire looks at how you generally look to deal with the whole subject of risk in the decisions you have to make. This mini questionnaire therefore asks the question "What is the style that you are most likely to adopt when faced with situations that carry a certain amount of risk?"
