Introduction
The Performance Facilitator tool and website is jointly owned by Predict Success® (Los Angeles, California, U.S.) and The Center for Organizational Development (Gold Coast, Australia). Performance Facilitator (PF) is an online performance coaching tool that is used by supervisors, managers, mentors, executive coaches, human resources professionals and other "leaders of people". (The term "Coach" will be used throughout PF to denote any to all of these roles.) A Coach uses PF to help identify, structure, and conduct work performance discussions with individuals with whom the coach is working. These individuals may be employees, mentees, other managers, high potential employees, and/or persons in career transition. PF is simply a performance planning tool that Coaches can use to better understand, explore, and document work-related skills, knowledge, abilities, competencies and work experience of the individuals with whom the coach is working. Often, PF is used by a manager to prepare for a performance appraisal discussion with employees.

Performance Facilitator System
PF is used by business people from organizations of all types, industries, and sizes. The "pay as you go" option within PF works well for small to medium-sized companies, as PF allows the user to purchase as few as 5 units, or discussion guides, without further obligation. Larger organizations may prefer the PF licensing option; a license enables users, or Coaches, throughout an organization to access the website on an unlimited basis for a specific period of time (e.g. one or two years).
A key benefit of PF is that it allows users to generate completely customized, behavioral performance planning guides in a matter of minutes. This means that the ease of use, speed, convenience, efficiency and sheer processing power of the internet is utilized to give Coaches complete, job-related performance planning guides (includes competencies, behavioral questions, and target behaviors) with minimal effort and time. Further, performance guides can be easily saved or printed for future use at no additional cost.
