Customisation

While S.E.E.K.E.R.™ makes creating and administering surveys easy, some of our customers may require a certain amount of customisation to better meet their specific needs. The S.E.E.K.E.R.™ survey system allows some customisation automatically by allowing the enterprise to change one question in each of the categories (a total of 12 questions) replacing them with their own questions.

For those customers that want an even more tailored service our team of consultants will help bridge the gap between what comes 'out of the box' with S.E.E.K.E.R.™ and the specific requirements you may have for your organisation. They can do this by building a fully customised survey (in both content and web site build). This option allows corporate branding to be fully incorporated.
