Truly excellent organizations are measured by their ability to achieve and sustain outstanding results for all of their stakeholders. To achieve outstanding results is hard enough most of the time. However, to sustain them in a world of increasing business uncertainty, global competition, rapid technological innovation, ever changing working processes and frequent movement in the economic, political, social and customer environments is even harder.
It is the people employed by a given enterprise that have to be skilled enough to deliver on an organization’s goals. A Training Needs framework helps us to measure individual needs in terms of overall development and then take action when it is seen to be necessary and is accord with overall organizational strategy. This training needs framework can be applied in many ways but most usefully by inviting individuals to complete this survey.
In order to gather people’s views on their personal training or development needs in a fair, consistent and comparable way, we have decided to utilize an electronic questionnaire. This simple process asks individuals to indicate their opinion in 72 separate questions. This will ultimately give us a very rich indication about how people feel about their individual training and development needs in the enterprise in 12 individual categories. These are:

Your participation in this opinion survey is both voluntary and confidential. However, we would very much appreciate some simple background demographic detail to help enrich the summary reporting process. Click next to go to the demography page.
