Leadership is a desirable competency that every individual should ideally strive to acquire whether they are in a formal leadership position or not. In other words, the capacity to lead is critical, even if it only applies to leadership for ourselves in our personal life.
The Leadership effectiveness profile (LEP) is the major flagship instrument in the entire range of profiles produced by Team Publications. This is because individuals receive not only a rich report in a number of important dimensions, but because the results will often help to steer individuals to look at a number of developmental areas in which they may like to undertake further diagnostic profiling (such as the area of communication for example).
The Personal effectiveness profile (PEP) is similar to the LEP but focuses on the individual contributors and assesses how well individuals lead themselves.
Management effectiveness profile specifically looks at the use of power in a leadership situation (producing a detailed and comprehensive output report based. This can be completed as a self report, 180 degree or 360 degree assessment)
Management style questionnaire This is an assessment of management styles using Douglas McGregor’s highly influential Theory X and Theory Y style thinking. The questionnaire determines the mix of these styles in an individual and provides interpretive guidance notes.
Complete Supervisor questionnaire This is a scenario-based assessment of first line supervisor competencies in 5 categories of setting direction. Planning,Organizing,Coaching,Developing People, Measuring & Managing performance and Maintaining Effective Relationship.
Ethical Behavior Approch This assessment measures how well individuals appreciate their individual ethical responsibilities in the four areas of Ethical Leadership, Commerce, Relationship and Controls.
PS Leader PS Leader measures leader competencies skills that have been shown to be essential to leadership performance. The competency model used in this assessment is well researched, using data from 12,000 participants, resulting in 24 competencies grouped into five areas of leadership focus: Strategic, Business, Workforce, Interpersonal, and Personal. With thoughtful feedback in all of these areas, from oneself, peers, supervisors, and direct reports, a leader will gain valuable insight into both development needs and areas of strength.
