The Janus Performance Management system is based upon an extensively researched competency system that can be drawn upon to describe the competencies needed by most job roles in most organizations.

In total there are 36 competencies described in the entire Janus library. This 12-page booklet lists and defines each of these competencies and includes a form to help individuals to select the ones that are most applicable to them.
