Selecting the right candidate for the right job takes time and considerable care and deliberation to help to make the decision a good one for the individual and the organization. Profiles or assessments can be an extremely useful way to improve the overall selection process by:

  • Helping job candidates to determine whether their competencies match closely enough the competencies called for in a particular job, and to what degree
  • Helping organizations to determine applicant-to-job suitability or to help select between individuals that are similar in experience

This Web Site allows organizations to set up an "ideal" competency profile for a particular position using any one of the generic profiles (or develop a custom built profile of their own). Applicants can then be rated in terms of the specific fit to the 'ideal' job candidate profile.
