For the individual

  • Before an annual performance appraisal session to measure how behaviors, preferences or competencies may have changed over time (self or 360 degree feedback)

  • As a means to discover areas for improvement in a specific area like time management or communication etc.

  • Encouraging an individual(s) to assess themselves in particular areas prior to or in preperation for a promotion, rotation or job move.
  • As a means of helping individuals better understand critical feedback from others about behaviors or competencies that are seen to be in need of development
