A large U.S-based University with several campuses wanted to assess
its senior staff and leaders across the entire multi-site
Institution using a common process and comparative methodology.
They also wanted to measure the gap between the current performance
of individuals and what was deemed to be 'proficient'
performance for each position or role.
The organization chose to use the diagnostic
profile 'PS Leader' on the profiles-r-us.com web site and
with the consulting assistance of the HRD Press organization
in New England, produced full 40 page plus output reports
(full 360 degree with up to 10 raters for each person) for
over 200 people in the space of four weeks.
