Financial
Services Organization
A major worldwide financial services and
consulting organization had spent a considerable amount of
time redesigning a number of its core in-house training
programs for its senior staff.
To help enhance the experience
for participants and to get them thinking about the general
course content ahead of the program, individuals utilized
one of four profiles on-line. These included Personal effectiveness,
Coaching effectiveness, communication effectiveness and creativity
effectiveness.
Each individual was given the option to
complete either a self-only report, a 180-degree assessment (self
plus supervisor) or a full 360-degree assessment.
Early results have indicated that
participants gain considerable personal insight into their
skills and behavioral preferences before each relevant training
program and are thus able to use the workshop to explore topics and themes
of the most interest to them. Course leaders can also obtain
aggregated results of participant responses to help shape
the course experience or give greater emphasis to the topics
of greatest collective need and interest.
