A large international airline wanted to set up a rigorous and comprehensive occupational health and safety system to help audit their current performance and to discover the areas most in need of performance improvement.

Over a period of six months, Team Publications built a paper based ten category assessment system to be deployed in over 30 world-wide locations and involve well over 1500 staff.

As a way of conducting a fast and accurate audit of current health and safety performance in all ten categories of assessment, profiles-r-us.com customized its generic safety survey for the airline. Once this was done, this on-line survey allowed any part of the organization (small team to whole department) to access the survey on the airline intranet or on the Internet to generate a 40 page detailed output report (with the capacity to generate as much additional demographic information as necessary). This made it possible for different parts of the enterprise to determine their relative performance and quickly identify areas in greatest need of attention, or where the greatest action resources needed to be deployed.
