The Competencies and Coaching Questions sections contain all of the detail of the PF system. Use these sections to become familiar with the rich content that is available in the database.
The Performance Guides section of the site provides the report-building mechanism, or "engine" you will use to create customized performance coaching guides. Go to this section once you are sure of the job information you'll need to create an actual performance guide. This section includes detailed instructions for creating performance guides that you may want to print out for handy reference as you put together your first report. |
Library Jobs house the many pre-built job performance guides you can select to either edit, or export directly "as is" without editing. Each Library Job performance guide includes a job description with typical duties and responsibilities for a position that fits the job title.
Your remaining credits will appear on the welcome page when you log in to the system.
The Welcome screen further explains the navigational buttons and gives you a link to report any technical problems you experience with the site.
